Lists a sample of our stock in the areas of chess, draughts, dominoes, backgammon, dice, darts, war games and similar indoor games.

We have a particular interest in books about the history of chess and the chess pieces themselves. There are very few books written on the development of chessmen and chess boards. Victorian books on chess are used by collectors of chess sets to precisely date the pieces. Consequently different editions of the same books are of interest, provided the advertisements at the back carry pictures of sets and an exact date.

We are also interested in the equipment associated with these games such as boards, scorers, markers, shakers, counters, tokens, pictures & prints.

The sterling price in GBP is given at the end of each book description.
